We collect the name, email address, business details, product or plan interests and messages you submit. We also record the source page and submission time. Our hosting provider may process your IP address, browser details and request logs to deliver and protect the website. Please do not send passwords, staff records or card details through our forms.
How we use your information
We use this information to answer questions, arrange demos, provide support and discuss the services you request. We also use it to prevent misuse and meet applicable legal obligations. A contact message or demo request does not subscribe you to marketing emails.
Who can access your information
Authorised Cuply team members can review your enquiry. We use Wix Forms and Wix Contacts to store submissions and contact details, and Vercel to host the website. These providers process information needed to provide their services. We do not sell your personal information. We may disclose information when required by law.
Payment information
This website does not currently accept online payments. If we enable Stripe payments, payment details will be processed by Stripe under its privacy policy, and we will update this notice to explain the information Cuply receives. Never send card numbers or security codes through our enquiry forms.
Cookies
We do not use advertising cookies on this website. Essential cookies or similar technologies may be used by our hosting provider or embedded content for security and functionality. You can manage cookies through your browser settings.
