The work was happening. The picture was missing. Cuply began with a simple need: to see the everyday work clearly enough to make it better.
01 / WHERE IT STARTED
Paper processes.
An incomplete picture.
Paper forms, manual processes and scattered records. Work was getting done, but there was no clear way to monitor it or use the information to improve the business.
The details a manager needed lived in separate places: an attendance sheet, a message about a shift, a checklist at the counter. Bringing them together by hand took time that could have gone into the business itself.
